Emma Kersey Dance School – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions apply to all students enrolled at Emma Kersey Dance School (“the School”). By enrolling, paying fees, or attending classes, students and/or their parents/guardians agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. The School reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or posted on the School’s communication channels.

2. Fees, Deposits & Refunds Fees are payable in advance for the term, month, or payment cycle as set by the School. Deposits may be required to secure places and are non-refundable. Fees and deposits are non-refundable unless the School cancels a class with no alternative.

3. Payment Terms All payments must be made through the ClassForKids booking and payment system. Fees must be paid by the due date stated on the ClassForKids invoice or booking confirmation. Late or missed payments may result in suspension from classes.

4. Registration A completed registration must be submitted via ClassForKids. Parents/guardians must keep all personal, medical, and emergency information up to date.

5. Attendance & Absence Regular attendance is essential. Missed classes are not refundable. Make-up classes are not guaranteed.

6. Making Changes to Classes The School may change timetables, instructors, venues, or class structures when necessary. If a class is permanently cancelled with no alternative, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

7. Withdrawing from Emma Kersey Dance School Half a term's written notice is required for withdrawal. If notice is not given, the next half term’s fees remain payable.

8. Behaviour, Safety & Expectations Respectful behaviour is required. The School is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

9. Data Protection & GDPR A separate GDPR Photo & Video Consent Form will be provided. No photos or videos will be taken without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability Participation in dance carries risks. Students take part at their own risk. The School is not responsible for injuries except where caused by proven negligence
