What Personal Data We Collect We may collect student names, dates of birth, parent/guardian contact details, emergency contacts, medical information, attendance records, payment information (processed via ClassForKids), and consent preferences. Technical data such as IP addresses may also be collected through online platforms.

3. How We Use Personal Data We use personal information to register students, manage attendance, ensure safety, communicate with families, process payments, organise events and exams, and meet legal obligations.

7. Data Retention Student records are retained for up to 3 years after leaving. Financial records are kept for 6 years.
